The person who drives your school run at 7:40am can take a parcel at 10am and sit with your mother at 6:30pm — which is how a single trained worker reaches a full day of paid hours, and how a household that books a weekly slot sees the same person, every week.

A marketplace buys tasks, so it can only ever rent a fragment of a worker's day — which is why the category pays by the task. RIDOO buys the day: one trained person across the three kinds of work a street needs, which is what makes a monthly wage payable, and what makes the same person available on a weekly slot. Reaching that position from a per-task model means rebuilding the supply side.
Our first roster is in hiring, for the community we launch in. The 120-day pilot is measured on worker utilisation — the share of each worker's paid hours that are actually booked.
